The Head of Content will be responsible for the complete content strategy & execution at Dineout. The person will be expected to :

- Lead the overall content strategy ensuring growth in new listings and ensuring accuracy of the existing listings across the country.

- Take total ownership and accountability of all the content being aggregated for users

- Ensure overall hygiene of promoted and aggregated content on the Platform.

- Be a thought leader to lead constant innovation in processes and systems that help improve internal efficiencies around content updation, tracking and reporting.

- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the content is relayed to users in the most engaging format.

- Track Competition activity and maintain competitive advantage.

- Incorporate SEO recommendations into the content to drive traffic

- Monitor content traction and engagement metrics

Functional Qualities & Profile desired :

- 7+ year experience, preferably in a consumer internet company.

- Leadership qualities to inspire a team of 30+ team members.

- Should have done Masters and exposure to Media & Entertainment/Advertising industry would be an advantage

- Should be able to drive inferences from huge data points.

- Advance Excel knowledge & Impeccable command over the English Language is a must.

- Reduce costs and improve overall efficiency of the content team
