Position Summary : - Conduct the Board meeting of the various companies under ET Money brand by preparing the agenda, circulating the same, conduct the Board meeting, prepare the minutes and circulate the same. - Conduct the meetings of the various committees of the NBFC company (Bespoke) by preparing the agenda, circulating the same, conduct the Board meeting, prepare the minutes and circulate the same - Filing of all necessary reports required under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable Acts and Regulations - Update the management about various new circulars, regulations etc. - Conduct the Fit & Proper evaluation of the Directors of the NBFC Company as per the company policy - Assist the Directors in completing the formalities like digital certificate, etc - Follow up on various items discussed during the Board/Committee meetings
