Job Description:

- To undertake revenue maximization in the area assigned this includes driving sales as well as increasing GMV

- Review a team's s performance aiming to meet and exceed defined KRA's for both revenue and non-revenue metrics

- Be the local market expert: gather restaurant feedback, monitor competitor activity, and provide recommendations for improvements to management

- Ensuring the team adheres to set processes and timelines with respect to client documentation

- Be a P/L owner for the assigned territory and aid in hiring and building the team

Job Requirements:

- Must have at least 3 years of work experience in consulting, e-commerce, or start-ups

- Familiarity with handling teams, mentoring individuals

- Flexibility, restaurants do not always operate on 9-to-5 schedules

- Outgoing and confident in their appearance, should be able to multitask

- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under pressure

- Must be proactive and curious to learn
