Profile Summary:

Looking for an experienced leader who can facilitate Growth across our B2B & B2C segment in the Food-tech ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a motivated and well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting, leading, developing, and strategizing to achieve monthly and yearly goals which are In line with the companies AOP.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall growth in the city, including growing the user base and supply

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in existing markets

- Responsible for hiring and training salesforce

- Collaborate with other stakeholders for developing sales channels

- Meeting sales targets in the territory and delivering month-on-month growth

- As profit & loss owners of the sales territory, achieve targets by analyzing data, running operations, and strategizing next steps

- Partner with the marketing team to drive new business from targeted campaigns

- Help the sales team to achieve revenue goals by delivering on your team's monthly objectives

- Represent Dineout at local events and PR events

Required Candidate Profile: 

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA would be a plus)

- 6+ years' of Direct Sales experience including at least 3 years of team management experience

- Successfully executed business development opportunities and negotiated partnerships
