The candidate will head the art department, guiding an extremely talented team of designers. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of artistic and marketing expertise to the position. He/She will have a natural eye for design, a track record of building world-class designs, and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Work with the marketing team to take an idea from concept to launch 2. Build creatives that can be leveraged across marketing channels to inform and delight users 3. Build and manage visual brand voice 4. Understand performance metrics and implement learning to future creative designs 5. Guide and Mentor a team of graphic designers 6. Stay abreast with the competitive marketing and design landscape. Share insights with the team and implement them. Must have skill set: At least 6 years of graphic design experience 2. Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite 3. Exceptional capability of visualizing design concepts that drive both engagement and growth 4. Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives 5. Ambitious and willing to work in an extremely passionate, high-growth, resultS-oriented environment.
