Job Description: Techno Functional Consultant SAP HCM / SuccessFactors

Qualifications : MBA or B.E

Experience Profile: Overall around 3 yrs of exp

- Work experience related to SAP HR Functional / ABAP HR

- SuccessFactors Implementations for Performance Management, Learning Management and Employee Central

Skills :

- Functional knowledge of Org Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management

- Knowledge of ABAP HR, Exits, Module Pool Programming, ALV Reports, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, So10 Objects

- Knowledge of BDC and LSMW

- Knowledge of RFCs, iDocs, BDocs, ITS Services, DBCon modules, Background Jobs, Variants

- Knowledge of BSP, WebDynPro and Fiori frameworks

- Exposure to working on SOH and S4 HANA environments

- Good Communication and Team Management skills

Responsibilities:

- Engaging with Business and Scoping of Monthly Releases and Major, Minor Initiatives Delivery of Business defined projects / programs as per TGIT Project Delivery Management guidelines

- Regular reviews with Business Stakeholders along with Enterprise Apps Head

- Reporting on Business Objectives achieved via deliveries on a quarterly basis

- Participation in Audit related activities ensuring compliance on TGIT Project Delivery Management guidelines

- Monitoring of Service Desk to ensure adherence to delivery SLAs on projects and releases
