Insights: The team's focus is to generate business insights and highlight the opportunities for revenue growth towards achieving the budgeted targets for BCCL Response (Sales).

- Analyse business performance covering all aspects of revenue, market performance and yield to highlight opportunities and risks for action.

- Market / competition bench marking to identify opportunity areas.

- Analyse macroeconomic events / regulatory factors impacting business to create early warning signals / opportunity banks.

- Define business outlook basis industry trends

- Highlight areas of improvement for better / simplified reporting and building technology capability for enabling analytics

Competencies Required:

Essentials:

- Tableau Visualisation

- Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions in Tableau .

- Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new system-

- Creating visualizations for the data extracted with the help of Tableau.

- Designing dashboards.

- Managing Tableau Server.

- Twisting SQL queries for improving performances.

- Examining glitches in business processes and resolving them.

Other Skills :

- Exhibits strong business acumen and understanding of numbers

- Analytical skills with an eye for detail

- Executive presence - with strong presentation skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Outlining and storyboarding: Ability to build a logical and engaging outline based on research

- Experience in writing executive summaries will be an added advantage

Education Qualification: Engineering Graduate/MCA/MBA from Top Tier B-School

Skills:

- Expert in Data visualisation in Tableau or similar platforms.

- Exposure to other Analytics tools / SQL /VBA Macros

- Exposure in Media Tools - Adex/ Comscore /IRS ( Preferred )

Experience:

- 5 - 7 years experience, with min 2 years- experience of development on visualizations tool like Tableau / Power BI / others.
