About Function/Department :
- The function has more than 1700 employees who are engaged in business planning, business development, revenue assurance, fulfilment of client orders, and sales capability building.
- The function uses world class processes, cutting edge technology and analytics to ensure that business growth objectives are met.
About the Position : This position is responsible for planning and implementing- sales,- marketing- and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates .
Areas of Responsibility :
- Ability to identify consumer trends.
- Build monetizable platforms around these trends and enable engagement and experience for brands and consumers.
- Provide solution to B2B/ corporate clients
- Revenue orientation
- Sales, execution and implementation.
- Work with brands to carve out customized partnership opportunities basis the brief, execute and aid implementation
- Internal & External stakeholder management.
Educational Qualifications Required : Post Graduation in Sales & Marketing from reputed MBA School
Relevant Experience :
- Past experience in Branded content, concept selling, activations is a must.
- Communication (External and Internal)
- Presentation and Convincing Skills
- Ability to deliver within strict deadlines
- Knowledge of media, advertising, clients and agency businesses
