Senior Response + & Alliances Sales (Selling of all modes- digital, Print, outdoor) Wil require to: - Build a clear understanding of all media solutions offered by BCCL (Digital) and its Alliance media partners (Print, Digital, Outdoor, etc) - Liaison with different teams across BCCL sales team (Response) - Proactively pitch products while campaign plans are being discussed and get conversions - Understand the visions of clients and brands and be skill ready to service the same - Build plans in coordination with different teams to capitalize on incremental advertising sales to garner larger wallet share - Have pulse of various media campaigns and to be up-to-date with Media happenings. - You would need to be at the right time and at the right place to plug in products wherever there are requirements and wherein they make sense keeping the overall objective of the campaign intact Minimum Qualifications - Digital media sales expertise - The candidate must have some prior knowledge of all mediums including Print, TV, Radio & Digital media - Quick learner, good presentation skills, and confident - Relationship building and negotiation skills - Manage P&L / MIS of the team - Min 7+ years of media sales experience with a 12+ years of overall experience - The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the media environment in terms of demand and supply of products - Must have prior experience of interacting with Planners and Buyers and understand client and campaign needs - Client/Agency relationships exposure and strong relationship management skills - Keen attention to detail and good at spotting opportunities - Go-getter attitude and responsibility to close all loops - Capability to handle team members and groom and motivate them for enhancing sales and service
