Times Group - Senior Manager/Deputy Chief Manager - Brand Management & Client Servicing - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (5-9 yrs)
The Art of India project:
- Brand: The Times of India - Brand Team
- Position Title: Sr. Manager/Deputy Chief Manager
- Location: Mumbai
- Reports to: Associate General Manager
- Education: Candidate should be MBA from Tier 1 (preferable)
- Experience: 7-10 years- experience
- Others: Candidates with digital work experience, managing E-commerce platforms and business development and ongoing servicing.
- The applicant must have a degree or hands-on experience in web store management (E-commerce), project management, business development, relationship management and service to drive engagement on The Art of India platform while providing opportunities for sponsorship.
- He/she must have the ability to innovate the Art platform and contribute to bringing more partners and building high subscriber base.
The duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Strategic Responsibilities :
- Generating and managing Tie-ups with Online Art galleries.
- Higher revenues by striking better commission deals with these galleries.
- Create higher profile of visibility by seeking strategic print, outdoor, other media partnerships and striking barter deals with relevant partners.
- Understanding platform visitor preferences through research methodologies and suggesting necessary product & brand enhancements.
- Focus on alliances that contribute to higher participation of art galleries, better monetization through garnered sale commission and acquiring bigger user base.
- Brand management of the Art platform
Operational Responsibilities :
- Execute brand and sponsor activities on-ground, ensuring optimum cost management.
- BTL/ Field marketing/ promotions/ brand activation
- Ensure smooth functioning and relationships with partners & internal customers by coordinating internally for their needs.
- Regular reporting from and to other cities on partner acquisition and activations
- Set benchmarks in process compliance.
- Driving & Managing meetings with creative/ Ad Agency and ensuring the agency delivers the communication on time.
Developmental Responsibilities:
- Drive digital extension and loyalty for visitors towards the platform.
This would include the following:
- Strategic tie-ups in the digital space (including online and mobile)
- Trade focus: Communication towards media agencies as and when required.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute with 7-10 years- experience in Brand Management and Client servicing.
- Strong management & leadership skills
- Result-oriented and capacity to operate in a growth environment that is increasingly competitive.
- Set the highest ethical and professional standards & lead by example.
- Comfortable with change & fast paced environment
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytics and execution skills, with a flair for innovation.
