Digital Operational Activities:

- Mounting, demounting as per Mounting Info, Ensuring timely uploading content for preview

- Control on Ad placement and verification of Ads on daily basis in all areas

- Daily reconfirmation of End date tracker

- Coordination with sales coordinator, ensuring proofs of Campaigns to sales team and coordinator

- Timely POE with sales, Tracking empty slots and MIAL creative on empty slots

- Coordination with Content management teams for ad placement as per info and for software related issues, Coordination with vendor and staff, guiding the team and allocation of tasks for ensuring timely completion of all work.

Quality Monitoring & Maintenance (Digital):

- Managing maintenance team for effective monitoring and promptly issue identification and resolution, hourly pictures of all running campaign on video-walls

- Daily monitoring pictures of all MATV's, Daily monitoring pictures of all Ads running on digital Packages, Daily reports on error logs in Digital screens, Video-walls, Tabs, Mobile chargers, Inventory and Spare status report after daily update, quality and health status

- Report of installed assets at T2 & T1, Preventive maintenance of Digital assets, ensuring cleanliness of all Digital assets, Tracking AMC status of Digital Inventory parts

- Coordination with vendors for repairs under warranty, Keep track of all items under warranty & Under AMC.

Projects (Digital):

- SOW, RFP, BOQ, Coordination with Vendors, Approval of design from MIAL, Coordination with Procurement team for Vendor selection for Project allocation, On Site Project Management, Coordination with MIAL Agencies for services and project Execution

- Verification of BOM and material specification, Project Progress reporting, As built drawing, Verification of work as per drawing, ensuring site visit of Structural Designer & Its report, Project file with handover report.

ISMS & Network Security:

- Complete knowledge of requirement and procedures to be followed, Coordination with different departments to ensure documentation as per ISMS standards

- Planning Internal Audits, MRM, and training, Ensuring timely Audits, Ensure implementation of ISMS standards in different operational processes

- Security auditing of networks to find out gaps, Ensuring timely action of vulnerabilities highlighted in VAPT reports carried out by third party vendors

- Policy review and update as per changes in company, Security alerts to all employees for proactive actions, Prepare Risk Register of all departments covered in ISMS scope, ensuring all agreements - service contracts, NDA & Indemnity with all vendors are in place for services, timely action on network monitoring services,

- Ensuring all licenses renewal on time (Symantec, firewall, SSL, Authentication services), ensuring AMC of hardware and software used in network, Keep update with new security trends and update the network with security, keep team update and trained on ISMS implementation and Security parameters

Innovation & Integration:-

- Explore new technology trends in Digital out of home advertising

- Explore vendors for technological integration, Identify and add new vendors for Hardware, Software and Content for interactive content and Integration

- Present innovative Ideas to management or sales team to offer for clients, Identify new digital media or innovative Ideas which may be explore for advertising or additional revenue

Inventory and Spare:-

- Keep track of all spare items and its status present in warehouse, Ensuring enough stock of spares available for repairing and maintenance of installed inventory

- Verification of material specification received with PO and BOQ, Asset tagging on material received in warehouse, tracking In & Out items and daily update of Stock register and stock health status

- Update records in master warehouse register, timely disposal of e-waste, timely order of consumables or spares required for maintenance of installed digital inventory
