Job Description (Finance & Operation) 1. Responsible for billing in SAP and generation of E-Invoices. This process will include checking ROs, compiling necessary documentation for customer creation and other required information. 2. Responsible for providing debtors, with all billing related supporting and evidences to avoid any confusion at later date. 3. Responsible for making entries related to collection from Debtors in SAP and proper accounting of TDS. 4. Responsible for managing AR ageing and getting the payment due within time. It will require co ordination with debtors, collecting cheques depositing the same in banks and tracking online payments. 5. Responsible for sending Day to day cheques deposit details to central Delhi Finance Team. 6. Responsible for updating Daily Print Confirmation report (DPCR) on daily basis.
