About Job Profile:

The HR Generalist owns full accountability of employees in their respective businesses/regions. He/she will be responsible to innovatively create & deploy business specific / central key HR systems / processes. The key themes of the role will include the following:

- Ensuring recruitment & selection benchmarks are well met, in conjunction with the TA Team

- Employee Relations

- Employee Engagement Initiatives

- Driving key HR Processes like Performance Management, R&R

- Deployment of company wide initiatives from time to time like compensation restructuring in the respective businesses

- Learning & Development

- Any other business specific needs

We are looking for people-centric, initiative oriented and results minded professionals with 5-7 yrs. of experience who have exposure to the above facets of the role in a matrixed environment. Prior knowledge/understanding of digital/internet/IT set ups would be an added advantage
