Identify companies by creating databases, research their business, financials and media needs  - Interact and work closely with Brand capital business development teams to solicit business, generate fresh business leads, make innovative pitch presentations; structure win-win proposals, evaluate follow-on visits to prospective clients.  - Review and planning with companies we invest in and responsible for designing and executing robust business plans with client  - Ensure brand consistency and compliance to brand manual  - Preparing deal structure, business proposals and document to enable decision making for internal stakeholders  - Travel to other cities in north India to identify business opportunities  - Industry & Market Intelligence: Keep abreast with developments of the sector and create opportunities for Brand Capital - Should be aware of market dynamics and analyze and assess opportunities, threats and solutions.  Ideal Candidate:   - MBA in Marketing / Finance with 5-7 years experience of working on multiple categories  - Smart candidate with Business Development (revenue responsibility) and understanding brands  - Exposure to P&L, M&A is an added skill  - Ability to analyze balance sheets, creating business plans and managing key accounts  - Able communicator with excellent written, oral and computer presentation skills  - Ability to work in an ambiguous environment  - Well versed with working of Indian businesses and nuances of promoter run companies
