- Business Acquisition forecast and planning
- Managing end to end Acquisition process - from Tender tracking to Bid/ Proposal preparation/ submission
- Leading the discussions with business and finance teams for finalizing bid assumptions
- Building financial models to support management on key financial decisions for upcoming bids
- Financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Working on new business ideas - market planning and business strategy
- Relationship management
- Competition analysis
Qualifications:
- CA/ MBA (Finance) with 2-3 years of work experience in financial/ business modelling/ business development
- Experience in strategy consulting, M&A and investment banking would be preferred
- Direct experience in developing financial model
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Macros
- Experience in competitive bidding of infrastructure projects would be preferred
- Exposure in infrastructure sector, regulatory, policy, risk analysis, sensitivity/ scenario analysis would be preferred
