Job Description (Manager - Delivery and Customer Success): Delivery Management of Standard Product - Manage entire lifecycle of delivery for existing products Activation Management - Understand requirement from Sales / Client - Coordination between stakeholders to ensure timely delivery - Service activation Response Management - Closure on expected response from the campaign and alignment with client objectives - Schedule and manage promotions - Monitor response and ensure client/candidate objectives from the product are achieved eg If it is a Hiring contest, hiring happens; if there are Prizes, they are given Post delivery follow up and closure - Tracking and monitoring client Satisfaction metrics - CSAT - Following up with Sales/Client to ensure that Prizes and Hiring for contests are closed on time Telecalling / Data Support - Telecalling support for Response Enhancement of ongoing contests - Data Support - Scrapping, Curation etc Ensuring client ROI metrices - Getting clarity on client campaign success Metrics and ensuring that they are met. - KRA will be client renewal On ground feedback on Product improvements - Since this role involves direct connect with the client on their requirements, the candidate is expected to know the Product in-and-out and provide feedback to Product on Product improvements. Background: - Educational background in STEM a must. Engineering preferable - Experience of handling client delivery in a client facing role a plus - Basic experience in programming a plus - Background in dev project management a huge plus Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills a Must. - Passion for technology and quick to pick new concepts - Proficiency in project planning and tracking
