Tiger Analytics - Internal Communications Role

About the role:

As an Internal Comms specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing high-value communication results that drive our culture and employee engagement. You will be working with people at every level, keeping our employees informed of news and positive developments in the company, and ensuring they stay in the loop during upheavals or periods of crisis. We are looking for a skilled storyteller with a knack for interpersonal skills and a passion for building a strong culture of collaboration to create experiences that engage, connect and inspire our #Tigertribe (our employee community).

Responsibilities:

You will work with the internal comms lead in planning and executing key internal comms

campaigns, working directly with relevant leaders, HR and collaborating with multiple functions to support the brand mission and our brand story. The role will evolve as the company grows and explores new avenues of growth. Below are key aspects of the role as we see in the near future.

1. Work with IC lead to Ideate and explore creative and innovative approaches to engage internal audiences.

2. Develop and deliver new communications channels and engagement interactions where required to ensure successful delivery of messages to employees.

3. Work with the Talent Branding, HR, Marketing, DX, and Leadership teams to ensure integrated employee communications and engagement plan across the business.

4. Develop and author a variety of internal and leadership communication material including internal news to employees, HR campaigns, announcements, newsletters, digital assets, and events. Support and launch video/film rollouts with regard to storytelling and L&D initiatives.

5. Maintain and implement the IC editorial calendar (newsletters, intranet, etc), research and develop quotes/testimonials from people, write stories, shoot videos, and manage key IC campaigns.

6. Design, track, and report internal metrics and results of initiatives to demonstrate impact on our communications efforts

Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience and a track record of developing strategic, creative, and proactive internal communications programming and experiences.

2. A Degree (English, journalism, communications, or marketing preferred)

3. Strong writing, editing, and copy-editing skills.

4. Proven success in developing and executing internal communications strategies within a large business, preferably in Analytics/Technology/Management consulting industries.

5. Strong organizational skills and project management skills - with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times.

6. Strong executive presence and comfort working with and advising senior management.

7. Experience using various communication tools for intranet editing (GoogleSites), metrics tracking (Google Analytics, email tracking software), graphics creation (PowerPoint /Photoshop /Canva).

8. Experience in developing and executing internal podcasts and webcasts and interest in exploring new multi-media channels to leverage internally.

9. Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity.

Compensation and title will be commensurate with the experience and skill level.
