Tiger Analytics - Internal Communications Lead

As an Internal Communications specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing high-value communication results that drive our culture and employee engagement. You will focus on delivering consistent and compelling messaging about the company's vision, goals, projects and leadership updates by leading strategic internal and executive communication programs. We are looking for a skilled storyteller with a knack for interpersonal skills and a passion for building a strong culture of collaboration to create experiences that engage, connect and inspire our #Tigertribe (our employee community).

- You'll own the internal communications planning and execution for Tiger, working directly with relevant leaders, HR and collaborate with multiple functions to support the brand mission and our brand story. The role will evolve as the company grows and explores new avenues of growth. Below are key aspects of the role as we see in the near future.

- Develop and execute a strategic internal communications plan and lead the IC streamlining processes.

- Ideate and explore creative and innovative approaches to engage and/or target internal audiences

- Work in close partnership with HR, Marketing, Leadership and our business functions to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery.

- Develop and author a variety of internal and leadership communication material including internal news to employees, HR campaigns, announcements, newsletters, digital assets and events.

- Manage and optimize internal communications channels and identify new and creative ways to educate and engage employees.

- Maintain and implement the IC editorial calendar (newsletters, intranet etc), research and develop quotes / testimonials from people, write stories, shoot videos, and manage key IC campaigns.

- Design, track, and report internal metrics and results of initiatives to demonstrate impact to our communications efforts

Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience and a track record of developing strategic, creative and proactive internal communications programming and experiences.

- A Bachelor's/PG degree (English, journalism, communications or marketing preferred)

- Strong writing, editing, and copy-editing skills.

- Proven success in developing and executing internal communications strategies within a large business, preferably in Analytics/Technology/Management consulting industries.

- Strong organizational skills and project management skills - with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times.

- Strong executive presence and comfort working with and advising senior management.

- Experience using various communication tools for intranet editing (Google Sites), metrics tracking (Google Analytics, email tracking software), graphics creation (PowerPoint /Photoshop /Canva).

- Experience in developing and executing internal podcasts and webcasts and interest in exploring new multi-media channels to leverage internally.

- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity.
