Job Description
Role: People Development Associate
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple blended learning journeys by leveraging various digital platforms
- Design relevant learning solutions by understanding the business context
- Create knowledge assets (case studies, case lets, reading materials, videos, assignments, etc)
- Curate relevant content from multiple sources
- Facilitate sessions for suitable topics (depending on individual interest & orientation)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed
- Is comfortable in partner identification and management
- Knowledge of Instructional Design is an added benefit, but not mandatory
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience Range - 4 to 6 years
- Education - Engineering, MBA (preferably in HR / Marketing)
- Tech Savvy, understands digital platforms
- Passionate towards people development, lifelong learning, knowledge management
