Thyrocare Technologies - Head - Marketing (7-11 yrs)

Key Responsibilities -

1. Market the brand - Matrnity- in Gynaec segment.

2. Analyzing the market, competition & conducting market research to identify opportunities for - Matrnity- marketing across India.

3. Target Gynecologists, Obstetrics/Gynecology Doctors and Pediatricians to promote the services.

4. Developing innovative & informative promotional programs for augmenting Field Force detailing efforts.

5. Guiding Field Marketing Executives in sourcing, managing and developing new business opportunities.

6. Controlling & monitoring expenses to maximize return on investment.

7. Coordinating across the Field Force and other departments to resolve various product related issues from time to time

8. Fieldwork to understand the market, evaluate and implementation of strategies

9. Developing marketing strategies & programs to address key issues.

10. Providing regular information to management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Person Specification -

1. Prior experience of managing a team size of 40 - 50 people.

2. Should have an excellent written and oral communication skill.

Qualification and Experience Requirements -

1. Master's degree in Biological Sciences (Biochemistry/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology etc.). A professional degree in Business Management is highly desired.

2. Must have at least 7 years of prior experience in marketing, business development. Having worked for a healthcare service provider in a similar capacity will be a plus.

Travel requirements - Up to 30 % travel within country.
