Key Objective of the Job : Developing digital PL products

Major Deliverables :

- Developing PL Digital products & services

- Innovating new ideas on retail consumer PL business

- Developing Online & offline Digital journey of customers

- Service features implementation in Digital journey

- Building Cross- sell opportunity across

- Understanding of customer behavior/requirements

- Being abreast with the market, actively taking queues & building business opportunity

Educational Qualification: Grad/Post Grad (B.E / B.Sc / MBA in IT/E-commerce or related field)

Desired Experience : 3-5 years in financial industry

Specialized job competencies :

- Think & Design user journey Digitally

- Digital Product and lending background

- Expertise in writing BRD, FSD

- Understand PL business, LOS, LMS

- Competition awareness, understanding market trends related to business

- Other desired attributes: Collaborative, can work with various stakeholders

- Able to get process & product end to end mapping

- Design & implement workflow
