Thriive - Business Analyst (3-5 yrs)
Job Description:
Business Analyst Your Responsibilities:
- Work with Management to determine plan for short and long-term goals.
- Help build and implement SOPs. Manage workflow and day to day operations.
- Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current operational metrics and reports, categories, E-store etc.
- Conduct regular meetings with team to discuss about issues, concern and updates management team regularly.
- Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
Required Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- A minimum of 3-4 years- experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and other data platform
