Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Senior Tender Manager at Three D Integrated Solutions Ltd.

- The Senior Tender Manager will be responsible for leading the preparation and submission of high-quality, competitive, and compliant tenders in the fields of Civil Aviation and Defense.

- Key duties include analyzing tender specifications, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing technical and financial proposals, monitoring tender deadlines, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards throughout the tendering process.

- The role also involves strategic contributions to improve the tendering process and participating in client negotiations.

Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in operations such as Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance, and Spares Management.

- Proficiency in project planning, management, and collaboration with global OEMs and suppliers.

- In-depth knowledge of tendering processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards like ISO9001 and AS9100.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Masters Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in relevant disciplines preferred.

- Experience in Civil Aviation or Defense sectors is a significant advantage.
