Your Employer: A leading AI based company Location: Mumbai, Gurgaon, Pune Your Responsibilities: - Responsible for SOC strategy. - Leading and managing the Security Operations and team of security operational staff members. - Primarily responsible for directing security event monitoring, management and response and cyber intelligence. - Ensuring incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring. - Ensuring compliance to policy, process, and procedure adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives. - Ensuring threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring - Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations Requirements: - Strong knowledge of incident management, problem management and change management best practices. - Superior communication skills and ability to brief senior government officials. - 3+ years of Information Security / Cybersecurity experience. - 3+ years working in a security or network operations center.
