Job Description :
- Contract Labour Management
- Factory & labour Law Compliance
- Wage & Salary Administration
- Liasoning with govt & External Agencies
- Handling legal / court matter
- ISO / IMS compliance
- Safety / health - Initiative and compliance
- Union management - Liasoning / handling / wage settlement
- HR Operation - Grievance handling, counselling, disciplinary action.
- Very strong in HR & IR
- Training and development of shop floor staff
- Administration : Vehicle management, Guest management, Plant visit, canteen Management, vendor management, house keeping
- Budget - Planning and monitoring
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must have legal drafting knowledge
- Managing HR activities of a plant with a minimum headcount of 1000 people
- Capable of resolving internal issues within the plant
- Must have initiated wage negotiations and completed wage settlements
- Must have past experience of managing HR activities of plant with a minimum headcount of 1000 (both permanent and contractual employees)
- Extensive experience in IR managing both internal and external unions is essential
- Experience in wage settlements
- Must be from a labour intensive manufacturing scenario
