Job Description :

- Designing and implementing systems & procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations and enhance efficiency.

- To ensure achievement of production targets for the unit within the cost, time and quality norms.

- To ensure coordination among various areas of production, technical, quality, etc.

- To provide manufacturing expertise to the Production team and ensure implementation of cost reduction/efficiency improvement through process changes/improvements.

- To ensure timely preparation of production plans in line with the available capacity and marketing requirements.

- To ensure proper upkeep of manufacturing facility to achieve machine availability, efficiency utilization norms.

- To ensure regular monitoring of performance of all departments under him.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and good employee relations.

- To ensure achievement of production targets for the unit within the cost, time and quality norms.

- Lean System: Ensuring the functions as per Lean Manufacturing System

- Ensuring 5 S sustainability in Factory and also has six sigma certified.

- Developmental Activities: Involve in factory developmental activities such as Continuous Improvement System, Kaizen Promotion, New Innovative Initiatives which will help to increase productivity, improve Quality and ensure Compliance

- Administration: Maintaining Visual, Social and Technical Compliance at Factory

- General Maintenance of Electricity, Machines and Utilities.

- Responsible for the Safety of the Building, Plant & Equipment, Materials, Accessories etc.,

- Follow the Head-Mfg / CEO instructions and report to him the day to day happenings. Attend to Jobs / follow instructions.
