Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain clear, concise reporting on KPIs measuring online support performance by analyzing web metrics. - Mine and analyze data to identify patterns and correlations among the various data points - Design, create and deliver data reports, dashboards, extract and/or deliver presentations to strategic questions. Skills & Requirement : - At least 4 years of experience working with standard web analytics tools like Omniture (Adobe analytics suite: Standard Reports, Workspace and Discover) - Exposure to the concepts of web analytics implementation, in terms of how the data is captured through a web beacon - Minimum 3 years of solid hands-on experience with data visualization, data mining, analytics and building presentations for business performance analysis. - Proficiency with SQL for data analysis; ability to write queries and understanding of database concepts. Working knowledge on visualization tools like Tableau - A strong understanding of data models and the ability to mine data to answer complex feature questions - Strong analytical problem solving skills and an aptitude for learning quickly - Expert in data analysis and presentation tools - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Education : - Bachelors with Post-Graduation in Management Science and related fields. - At least 5 years of relevant experience in analytics organizations of large corporates or in consulting companies in analytics roles Please apply in the below link as well.
