Job Description: - Ability to understand the as-is process and business objectives depending on the use case (planning, procurement, distribution). - Understanding the technology (SAP/JDA/o9) touchpoints aiding the process and the corresponding data sources. - Talk to the users, run a fit-gap analysis to identify where enterprise technology is not able to satisfy business requirements. - Define KPIs needed for the user's success, and map them to higher business objectives (cash/revenue/costs) - Knowledge of potential drivers that drive those KPI's and root causes behind KPI loss. - Present a roadmap to improve those KPI's using insights &amp; analytics. - Use pilot data, build a minimum viable product, that is demonstrable to clients. - Take feedback, and iteratively build solutions that meet client needs, and scale up. Required Skills: - Supply Chain functional know-how, on at least one sub-domain (planning, procurement, manufacturing, or distribution). - Know-how of data sources, which are typically enterprise applications (SAP for example) - Any prior exposure on designing and delivering analytics suits with predictive models, scenario planning capabilities. - Proven experience of working with data scientists and demonstrating business value to stakeholders (it is great if you know how to connect model metrics to business metrics in classical machine learning problems) - A high level of discipline in highlighting risks, calling out mitigation plan and the scale of impact on quality/timeline. - Knowing how to take a project through phases, from scope definition, to build to user acceptance testing. - To be able to work in harmony with other external vendors and the client in quickly delivering requirements. - Be able to work with architects/data engineers to deploy models.
