Job Requirements : - Understand and get trained on IT Solutions related to DMS/ SFA across sectors; build skill on end to end solution offerings, implementations across technical and business configurations for a diverse set of customers - Responsible for handling product queries and ensure deployed solutions are running as expected within the relevant perimeters - Handling all the communication related to the assigned customer accounts - Work on requests, changes and incidents based on customer request, using the documentation and procedures put in place - Performing all activities within SLA or established priorities; change, incident, problem management processes are duly followed - Ensure collaboration with engineering and business teams for continuity of service and speedy resolution of customer requests - Build and manage knowledge within the team, ensure Knowledge database is regularly updated Requirements : Prerequisites: - Good communication skills Oral and written - Quick learner, should be able to work independently while collaborating with customers - Relevant experience as a production support or at least infrastructure support or development role would help - Industry experience in CPG, FMCG, Retail sector would help For your candidature to be considered on this job, you need to apply necessarily on the company's redirected page of this job.
