JOB OVERVIEW :

Job Family: Management Consulting

Role: Process Excellence Manager (Quality)

Role Summary :

- Excellent opportunity to lead and manage critical, high visibility projects with large multinational company

- Preferred candidate would be someone who has good experience of Quality Processes and also SAP QM module, has led projects and is good in engaging with business with strong communication skills

- The person will run the Quality Excellence programs with client's senior leadership team

- Location - role will need to engage with senior Quality Excellence teams who are based out of Europe / North America.

- Experience in working in FMCG factory quality role will be a plus

Responsibilities :

- End-to-end Process Design with Quality Excellence and SC Operations to digitise processes

- Design relevant KPIs to measure effectiveness of process and delivery of business benefits

- Project Management and Program Governance

- Drive change management

- Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation

- Manage Key Users- Community of Practice

Key Skills & Experience Required

- Deep understanding of processes within Supply Chain with a focus on QUALITY

- Very Strong Business Engagement and Communication & Presentation skills

- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders to drive different programs

- Expertise in Program Management - with a focus on IT enabled capabilities.

- Expertise in leading global and/or regional communities of practitioners and training key users

- Preferable - prior Operational Experience in QUALITY function

- Basic knowledge of SAP functionality with good knowledge of SAP-QM module

Experience level desired: Overall 10-12 years experience in relevant areas
