Thoucentric - Organizational Process Specialist - IIM/XLRI/TISS

The Organizational Process Specialist will work with all the employees by:

- Incumbent will work on execution of the introspection framework etc, working closely with Practice Leads and Practice members.

- S/he will also work on the professional development etc. all from an execution standpoint (based on what is designed). S/he will primarily own these tasks on a day to day basis and ensure its execution.

- Connect with various teams and employees and ensuring that the organizational programs initiated are running on track

- Ensure employee participation and adaption to the changes in organizational programs

- Highlight any challenges in a timely manner along with potential solutions for the same

Skill set:

MBA HR freshers or 1-2 years experience from XLRI or TISS (preferred) with following skills : 

- Interpersonal skills

- Perseverance

- Candid communication to all stakeholders

- Pro-activeness

- Persuasion
