Job description: As a change management consultant, the incumbent will be working on the client projects: Project responsibilities include but not limited to:&nbsp; - Develop a change management framework suitable for unique client requirements - Apply a change management processes and tools to support adoption of the changes - Lead communication deliverables for the project. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders - Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs - Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics - Identify and manage anticipated resistance - Consult and coach project teams, including leaders as required. - Create actionable deliverables for identified change management levers - Engage senior leaders - Integrate change management activities into project plan - Evaluate and ensure user readiness - Manage stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are implemented in accordance with project plan. - Track and report issues - Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Skills and Experience required: - 4+ years of experience in leading complex technology transformation initiatives - Managed at least 2 complete change management cycles in large scale technology transformation projects - Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent active listening skills - Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences - Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships - Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal - Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations - Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere - Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics - Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation - Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others - Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges - Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle Educational Background: - Strong educational background from reputed school Other details: - The candidate should have PR or be Citizen of Australia.
