Responsibilities: - As ITSM Consultant, your goal will be ensuring that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. - Resolving tickets raised by employees on IT Support. - Facilitate regular operational process reviews and other working sessions with multiple service providers and key stakeholders as required. - Participate in regular in Cross Functional Services group meetings focused on Continual Service Improvement across all ITSM process areas - Regularly review and update Policy, Process, and Procedure documents and ensure all updates are reviewed, approved, and deployed, to include requisite training of all impacted parties and stakeholders. - Effective Incident/Problem/Change Management - In partnership with IT Service Delivery staff, ensure technical support teams are operating in adherence with all ITSM Policies and Processes, and with associated contractual Service Level Agreements - In partnership with IT Project Management Office, leverage ITSM knowledge to facilitate regular reviews of operational readiness criteria to help ensure stability and supportability of all new or modified services - Periodic reviews with the leadership Requirements : Expected Experience and Skills : - Knowledge of the ITIL framework as well as high level of IT technical competence. - 4-7 years of relevant experience across multiple vendors and technologies - 3-4 years of hand on experience with ITSM tools like Zoho Manage Engine, ServiceNow etc. - Experience with Asset Life Cycle Management - Vendor Management - Success/Achievement Orientation - Delivers quality results consistently. Targets, achieves (or exceeds) measurable results. Sets challenging goals, focuses on critical priorities, and is accountable. - Problem Solving - Recognizes problems and responds with a systematic assessment that identifies and addresses cause of issue. Practical, realistic, and resourceful. - Exceptional Customer service skills, mindset & attitude. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organisation/project. - Be capable of making well-founded decisions in high pressure situations & exercising diplomacy when operating in politically charged environments.
