- Solution Design for Planning requirements in one of the IBP Modules - Demand / Supply &amp; Response / Inventory Planning / S&amp;OP - Configuration changes for enhancements for IBP - Change Requests (CRs) at least in one of the IBP module - Troubleshooting to resolve IBP - support issues in APO / IBP - Elicitation / shaping business requirements with Business / IT users to sustain process improvement by suggesting benchmark practices in APO / IBP - Data analysis / validation / simulation to enable Scenario finalization &amp; Requirement sign-off -Solution design for integration objects with different Source systems -Proactive discussions with Business / IT / Development Teams to meet Project deliverables / timelines - Resolving configuration challenges / design complexity across IBP Projects - Explore new functionalities from quarterly IBP releases &amp; suggest it to Client IBP Users -Accountable for decision making during Project execution phases - Proposal preparation, demo and pre-sales support along with Business Development Teams - Enable knowledge management sessions, ramp-up of consultants on the new Projects and improve the capability of Team members across different aspects IBP Lead Role - Past work experience: - Requires 8-10 years of APO / IBP Consulting experience with a minimum of 2-3 years of IBP configuration experience - Implementation / Roll out / Support experience in IBP / APO is strongly preferred - Experience and understanding of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, APO or IBP or any Planning Systems are mandatory - Experience in integrating IBP / APO Planning process / master data with different Execution systems - Experience in working with IBP / APO Heuristics / Optimizer is strongly preferred - Experience in working with Clients in CPG / Food Processing / Health industry - Experience in continuous improvement initiatives with existing businesses using IBP - Strong understanding of Production/Demand/Order Allocation/Distribution business processes IBP Lead Role - Interpersonal Expertise - Client facing role - Ability to work with different geographies - Ability to work independently &amp; explore new areas - Ability to be flexible with scope of work - Ability to work with other Vendor Partners &amp; On-site teams - Behavioural Competencies to manage internal Team members - Excellent communication skills - Ready to accept new challenges and willingness to move into newer technologies if required IBP Lead Role - Other Technical Competencies - Technical skills from a wide range including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint &amp; MS Access - Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, reading and writing) The apply button will redirect you to an external URL, please apply there as well
