Job Description: - Develop &amp; execute business plans with the assigned accounts - Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities - Establish contact with new leads, generate interest in them about Thoucentric, convert leads to opportunities. - Work with Practices to respond to various opportunities with relevant solutions, and convert opportunities into business. - Be accountable for operations and activities around deal conversions - Oversee the implementation of different contracts - Work with stakeholders in existing accounts to identify new opportunities - Be accountable and responsible for increasing Thoucentric footprint in existing accounts. Ideal candidate should have: - 2-8 years of work experience with the consulting/product company - Prior sales experience an advantage but not must - Willingness to travel - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to interact with stakeholders across levels in client organizations - Ability to understand Thoucentric offerings at a high level and evaluate fitment in relevant client spaces.
