Job Description: - Understand stakeholder requirements, formulate the problem, and define project KPIs. - Develop an understanding of the applicable process, be it distribution via modern channels or the promotions involved, or digitization of the channel itself. - Understand the data systems/data lakes at the client level, external data sources (Nielsen/IRI) and the parameters they host and use them appropriately for deliver on requirements. - Define scenarios and design intuitive interfaces that elucidate the outputs of various trade promotion initiatives. - Work effectively with data scientists and data engineers to build predictive models to calculate ROI and what if scenarios. - Provide actionable insights from the statistical analysis. - Envision all data flows, pipelines from data source to user interface. - Work with solution architects to deliver deployments on time at agreed cost/infra. - Manage the project, with timelines, highlighting risks, and delivering milestones. Required Skills: - 3-5 years of Experience in distribution management - An experience with the distribution process (via any channel), be it route to market or trade promotions management will be considered. - An understanding of how CPG players tie up with modern trade outlets, how they push inventory, and what they do to keep targets intact. Knowledge of the physical &amp; digital touch points is required. - Familiar with BI dashboarding, prior experience in designing BI for a sales &amp; distribution use case is a plus. - Any prior exposure on designing and delivering analytics suits with scenario planning capabilities is a plus. - Having worked with data scientists and demonstrated business value to stakeholders using advanced analytics. - Knowing how to take a project through phases, from scope definition to user acceptance testing. - To be able to work in harmony with other external vendors and the client in quickly delivering requirements Personal Attributes : - Own the deliverables. - Develop good human relationships with the stakeholder &amp; co-consultants. - Be clear with your presentations, talk to the point.
