Description: - 6+ years experience in CPG, with experience working with Marketing/Brand teams (very good knowledge of how brands run the business operationally, not brand ideation/development) - 3+ years working in the area of business analysis / advance analytics will be preferred (should have the business acumen to validate the results of the modelling exercise to check if it makes business sense) - Good grasp of CPG Data Sets - like Internal data, Nielsen, Consumer panel and mind measures data, Media data etc. - Strong analytical ability - to be able to dive into existing data/analytics systems and shape insights from them - Good framing and communication/storytelling skills - Willing to work in an independent contributor role which is heavy in hand-on data crunching, analysis - Ability and willingness to work in an agile manner, partnering business stakeholders closely - Basic Project management skills - timelines, stakeholder management, etc. - Finance/ Supply Chain knowledge would be an added benefit (not essential) - Hands on analytics experience (R/Python) would be an added benefit Job Type - Permanent
