Thoth Infrastructure is a new infrastructure venture focusing on railway PPPs specifically on the redevelopment of railway stations. We have built a multi-disciplinary team and looking to add to the team someone who can complete the initial team. Job Responsibilities: - Business Plan Development and Board Presentations: Work under the guidance of the MD to develop detailed presentations for investors including the development of risk mitigation strategies. Work with other senior leaders and consultants to ensure an accurate, crisp, and detailed presentation and document. - Modeling: Build from the ground up a detailed financial model incorporating all the inputs from the team. Organized and hardworking enough to work on multiple projects at a time. - Contract Negotiation and Concession Agreements: Assist various team members as the close the contracts with vendors with term sheets, contracts, and other activities. Work with MD and advisors on analyzing the concession agreement. - Raising Project Finance Debt: For successful bids, take the lead the day-to-day team on raising project finance debt and work with team members to get the necessary data. - Raising and Managing Non-funded Lines of Credit: Work with banks to secure a non-funded line for various projects and bid needs. Experience: 5-12 years People with experience in real estate or infrastructure projects a must. Experience in building complex infrastructure or real estate project finance models for equity and debt investors a must. Education: MBA from a highly reputed institute.
