Investment Analyst/Associate: Transit Infrastructure and Real Estate

Thoth Infrastructure is an infrastructure and real estate venture focusing on creating partnerships with PE firms and real estate developers. We work with an extremely limited clientele on a multi-year basis in a true partnership where we develop, manage, and operate projects while our clients provide the resources in terms of capital and land. We work on projects related to railway stations, metros, airports, rail-based logistics, transit-oriented development, and real estate projects. We have a senior multi-disciplinary executive team and are looking for an investment analyst/associate to join our team.

Job Responsibilities :

a) Research to find solutions to business problems by working with various senior leadership

b) Modeling: Should be able to build financial models by incorporating all the inputs from the team.

c) Econometric Analysis: Ability to analyze unstructured data and organize it to get meaningful insights

d) Should be able to multi-task effectively to work on multiple projects at a time and be highly organized

e) Prepare detailed presentations for investors including the development of risk mitigation strategies

f) Work with other senior leaders and consultants to ensure an accurate, crisp, and detailed presentation and document

g) Work with various cross-sectoral teams.

h) Researching and assessing potential investment opportunities, both qualitatively and quantitatively

Qualities :

Education : Top Tier MBA with a undergrad in engineering/architecture/urban planning. Strong analytical skills and communication skills.

Experience : 1-3 years of experience in economic analysis, investment banking, private equity, or valuation experience in infrastructure and real estate.
