T&D Manager (Global Ops Center Programs)

This individual will assist in shaping, implementing and leading the Talent and Development programs such as talent mobility, top talent reviews, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, diversity etc for global operations centers to enable business to meet their objectives. The individual will partner closely with peers in T&D as well as HR/Business leaders as needed, across all operations center sites - India, Gdynia, Bangkok, Beijing, Manila - to activate and manage various programs. In addition, this individual will provide data analytics, metrics, reporting and presentation support to key T&D processes across Ops Centers.

Responsibilities :

- Develop a keen understanding of the overall operations centers footprint, main BUs, job families and capabilities represented.

- Provide strategic thought leadership in working with site/business/HR leaders across sites to come up with bespoke talent interventions to solve common business issues across sites.

- Partner with peers in T&D across operation center sites to activate, implement, manage and track T&D blue chips.

- Provide pan-Ops Center program management for specific initiatives including talent reviews, talent mobility, performance management, top talent programs, leadership succession development, high performer/high potential retention strategies, leadership development nominations process, Hub site development and maintenance, diversity etc.

- Manage the metrics, analysis and reporting function for T&D across Ops Centers, particularly for reporting out and action planning on diversity, engagement surveys, talent reviews, YE processes. Drive insights from data and provide triggers to HRBP/T&D leads to drive change

- Work as the performance lead for Asia, ensuring timely enablement of HRBPs across Asia on key performance processes such as goal setting, YE processes and related analyses.

- Bring in and utilize external benchmarking data insights, trends and opportunities to improve effectiveness of talent interventions across the ops centers.

- Manage the operating rhythm for the talent community across ops centers.

- Manage any other T&D related projects and/processes as required to support business objectives.

Education :

- Undergraduate degree/equivalent experience required. Masters or advanced degree preferred.
