Position : Senior Lead Analyst, FP&A Timing : Depending upon the role (7am 4pm / 10am 7pm / 12pm 9pm / 2pm 11pm) Qualification : Qualified CA or MBA Finance Eligibility : Minimum experience of 6-8 years Skills : MS Excel expertise, User level (advanced) understanding of financial / management reporting tools SFDC, SAP, BO, Smartview, OBIEE, MS Access, Hyperion and automation tools. - Prior team handling experience of 2-4 members Responsibilities : 1. Month close reporting / analysis / Variance analysis commentary 2. Month end accruals interacting with CAO teams and BU team 3. Sales / Revenue / Expenses reporting, analysis, understanding trends 4.Supporting Global BU and Finance leads with Planning / Forecasting 5.Interacting with Global Business and Finance leaders to prepare Management decks 6. Identify and implement the latest tools and technologies in automation, building efficiencies in current processes
