Thomson Digital - Head - Marketing (7-15 yrs)
Job Description
1. Conceptualize the overall marketing and brand development strategy and plan to ensure that the company receives adequate public and media attention to enroll the right quality and number of students for the tech-platform
2. Lead the successful execution of the brand development plan by working with external partners and management of the company
3. Create and nurture new alliances with media and channel partners for strengthening the positioning the brand
4. Strengthen the digital marketing channels and build processes to assist lead generation, nurturing and conversions by the sales teams
5. Design and organize the execution of interactions with prospective students at schools, coaching institutes and execute innovative workshops and seminars in collaboration with TD faculty to create a strong word-of-mouth for the platform
6. Ensure that all collaterals required by sales teams are produced in a timely and desired manner
7. Contract and maintain direct oversight on external vendors, partners for development and production of marketing collaterals like website, social-media channels, brochures, ads, prospectus, presentations, website, online ads and so on
8. Stay abreast of new developments in the sector to enhance the effectiveness of the brand development and marketing
Education
- Candidate should be Graduate with MBA from premier Institute (IIM/XLRI/IIT)
Experience and skills
1.1. 7 to 15 years of experience in marketing and brand development
1.2. Developing marketing strategies, plans and ensuring successful execution
1.3. Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead nurturing leading to enrollments
1.4. Essential project organization and execution skills
1.5. Decision-making skills driven around data analytics
1.6. Proficiency in using online platforms like Google Analytics, Hubspot, Lead Sqaured and techniques related to SEO, online advertising and lead nurturing
1.7. Strong writing and communication skills
1.8. Proficiency in using new media platforms for effective communication
1.9. Strong relationships with premium schools and coaching institutes will be preferred
