Expert Sales - Payment Solutions

Organization Overview:

A leading travel & foreign exchange company is looking for dynamic individuals from the payment solutions industry to join the team in creating & selling cutting edge payment solutions to corporate & retail customers.

Only individuals with experience in credit, prepaid or other payment solution sales are requested to apply.

Job Description :

- The key focus of this role is to grow market share, build new opportunities and diversify the company's revenue while delivering payment solutions to increase customer revenues through consultative sales efforts.

- Act as a key conduit for information sharing between customers and the broad organization including product management and marketing.

- The individual will be focused on educating, promoting and leading the sales of the Payment Solution product suite across various corporate, SME & retail customers.

- They will work closely with the Product and other internal business partners to develop opportunities to increase the company's share of business.

- This is a customer-facing role which requires exceptional strategic selling, relationship management and business development skills along with the ability to quantify opportunities for financial impact, develop concepts and deliver solutions.

Role :

- Partnering with customers to deliver payment solutions to key accounts and identified prospects utilizing value driver sales discipline

- Communicate and coordinate with Product teams to develop compelling business cases and deliver quantifiable solutions for customers and prospects based on customer needs and requirements

- Identify product developments and innovations to Clients, and prospects

- Represent voice of customer by communicating market feedback and opportunities to product team with the goal of improving existing solutions and developing new solutions

All About You :

- Significant experience in the financial services and payments business with deep understanding of the Payment Solutions market across all segments

- Accounts/Sales pipeline development, execution and management

- Strategic planning, relationship management and project management

- Self-starter, highly organized, collaboration minded, solutions, results driven and strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under challenging situations and be a creative problem solver with strong sense of urgency

- Demonstrated ability to identify and capture opportunities for increasing customer business, revenue and profitability. Stickler for details of revenue and cost drivers

- Excellent leadership, presentation, and proposal writing skills

- Analytical skills; Conceptual thinking; Negotiation skills; Problem resolution

- Domestic overnight travel required

Education : Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferable)
