You will collaborate with different players in the ecosystem including payment partners, tech solution providers and more to enhance consumer experiences. - As part of your role, you will influence leaders at TWC, and work through complex business challenges, incorporating your understanding of the emerging B2C-foodtech space. You will be expected to think big and own a long-term roadmap while executing swiftly. You will work with a self-sufficient squad across technology, data science, design, analytics, and promotions to drive the experience across a diverse portfolio of products. You will have the opportunity to build the best team and advance alongside the company. - As a Product leader in this role, you will build the strategy and execute this with internal and external stakeholders. You will have a consistent track record of thinking big and owning product life cycle end to end (ideation to execution) and the associated business impact. You will be a creative problem solver who creates high leverage products in an ambiguous environment. As Product Lead, we expect you to: - Articulate the mission for the pod and help define the long-term strategy and building quarterly roadmaps to achieve the product vision. Investigating core consumer behavior and global best practices and incorporating them into the product strategy. - Lead pod and solve critical problems for consumers, conduct multiple experiments to positively impact metrics. Co-own business metrics (L1s, L2s) and deliver results. - Collaborates with business stakeholders to define the problem and drive alignment on business goals, UX goals, and defining target KPIs for the feature. Drive discussions, prioritize features, collaborate with marketing, business, and technology teams to deliver results, and can manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time - Creates user stories/requirements, works with stakeholders to identify ROI/business value; leads prioritization of backlog; Creates and maintains user personas. - Bring passion & ownership to build great products by facilitating cross functional discussions & debates and get the team to rally behind your vision - Work with the leadership on ways to improve the innovation throughput & quality for the org - Proactively reach out to world-class experts to learn - Mentor and manage PMs and engineering team Pre-requisites: - A suitable candidate will have 4 - 8 years' experience in performance of functions as a Head of Product Management with a proven track record in product planning, defining, and launching successful products, and unifying product portfolios - Experience of building and managing diverse Product & Engineering teams - Candidates with strong experience with Start-up firms preferred - Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what's happening and define & measure success on every project - You're passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best - Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrable drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving customers - Proven analytical and decision-making abilities - Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
