Manager - Special Projects

Manager special projects would be required to work closely with head of business to work on various strategic projects and create an impact on the overall business metrics and strategy.

Role Requirement :

- You will work closely with internal teams to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business processes

- Pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the performance.

- Database Management of different sources and databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making

- Use advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities for various teams

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IIT or similar college)

- Work experience of 0-3 years

- Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision, with excellent problem-solving skills
