Role: Associate - 2 - 5 years of Retail Data Analytics experience, the perfect candidate is a strategic thinker who is well versed with handling large datasets, preferably within the retail, travel, and banking industries - As a Senior Associate, you will take end to end ownership of data analytics requirements; suggest changes as and when required and come up with solutions to support our analytical frameworks Role Expectations - Filter data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems - Works well under pressure can work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results and work with management to prioritize business and information needs -Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality - Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems and identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets - The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment. - Must be a true problem solver with outstanding skills in discovery techniques and the proven ability to translate the underlying business needs of requests into actionable items. - Ability to model the reality of business into equations, and to understand the implications and limitations of a model. - Very good programming skills (ideally Python or R) - Practice with data visualization in Tableau - Professional experience in machine learning applied to business is a plus - Autonomy, curiosity and innovation capability Must Have: - Based out of Mumbai or willing to relocate, can join under 2 weeks or immediately For more information about us, log on to www.thinkanalytics.in
