Role Credit Risk Senior Associate with 2 - 5 years of experience of with banking and financial modelling Principle Responsibilities - The perfect candidate is a strategic thinker who is extremely analytical and detail oriented and great at multitasking and prioritizing, as well - As a Credit Risk, Senior Associate you are required to coordinate with business planners and the senior team to translate business questions into verifiable data models and hypothesis Desired Skills and Experience -&nbsp; - Leading multiple projects and have extensive experience in Model Development, Validation, LDP Modeling, Scorecard Development, Economic capital modelling - Developing Credit portfolio models, performing stress testing for Corporate Portfolio &amp; computing risk using Monte Carlo methodologies/backtesting - Extensive tactical data analysis and model development for client engagements using a variety of programming languages - Working on multiple projects across geographies &amp; reviewing RWA calculations for Credit Risk for Wholesale/Commercial and Retail Exposures in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements &amp; frameworks - Develop clear, concise, actionable solutions and recommendations for Client's business needs and actively explore the client business and formulate the solution ideas which can help the client increase the process efficiency to cut cost, or achieve growth/revenue/profitability targets faster - Ability to work well under pressure within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results. - Interact with clients on daily/weekly basis to gather requirements/provide updates Requirements -&nbsp; - A seasoned risk management professional with the advanced degree in finance, mathematics, econometrics, engineering with experience in Credit Risk Analytics &amp; Model development - Hands on experience in Analytics, PD/LGD/EAD Modelling, Credit Risk, Model Validation, Regulatory Reporting, RWA Calculation, CCAR, VAR - Prior experience in domains like commercial banking, retail banking, treasury, investment management and strong knowledge of risk data analysis and development, strategy design and delivery deployment - Good experience in using programming languages/databases such as SAS/SQL/R and practical application of statistical modelling techniques Must-Have - Based out of Mumbai or willing to relocate; can join under 4 weeks (preferably 2) For more information about us, log on to www.thinkanalytics.in
