Thermax - Regional Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Heading business and operations for Philippines

- Responsible for the Profit & Loss account

- Responsible for the ABP and SBP for Philippines

- Identify and optimize the supply chain and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction

- Create strategy of acquisition and sustenance of large accounts

- Build relationship with Government/ statutory and regulatory bodies

- Represent the Brand Thermax in the country

- Overall accountability for Commercial, Regulatory, Legal and Administrative requirements

- Identify and develop business associations and partnerships

- Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and directives

- In depth understanding of business processes, products and solution

- Development and achievement of sustained sales and marketing strategy

Job Specifications:

Essential Qualification - Engineering domain from Diploma or Bachelor of Technology/Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical / Production

Experience - Depth in technical domain which could range from 10-25 years

Products to be handled- Multiple utilities products of Thermax like- Boilers, Heaters, Absorption Chillers, Air Pollution Control Equipment, Steam Accessories, Spare Parts and Retrofits
