We are looking for a CTO for a young startup based out of Mumbai. The start-up is an Online Real Estate Portal trying to disrupt the Real Estate Market.

We at ThePropertist are trying to help the real estate agents in India professionalize their work and approach towards the client. To aid this we are building tools which will help them generate & manage their business better and provide a better customer service.

We are already at a revenue stage where our revenue has grown 100% QOQ

We are looking for a CTO to assist the Co-Founders in building up the business model to make it a pan India brand, build traction and enhance valuation.

Role :

- The technology leader would play a pivotal role in the development of new web applications, mobile applications (Android, iOS) and feature enhancements on the current tech architecture.

- Manage all technology platforms including the strategic planning, development, and support of all Web Initiatives.

- Establish and monitor a web analytic regime that measures performance to goals

- Hire and Mentor team with good standards and ensure adherence

- Mentor your junior members/peers and lead technology team by designing a clear roadmap as well as specific standards & procedures to follow.

Requirements :

- Strong technologist with an ability to align technical design to meet the business vision

- Engineering from premier institutions is preferable but not a must.

- Knowledge of Real Estate Market in India

- A genuine passion for coding & a self-starter who can work in fragile start-up environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead a high quality team by example.
