Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer Duties and Responsibilities - Drive top level strategic business initiatives across organization - Work directly with the CEO & rest of the leadership on key business decision makings - Drive the strategic shift that the organization is undergoing - Track and ensure closure of OKRs for all functions of the organization - Coordinating Organizational Investment strategy and Geo expansion strategy - Working with stakeholders to achieve objectives with required quality and timeline - Driving leadership meetings, taking minutes and taking action items to closure - Monitoring and driving FInancial and performance metrics - Reaching out to key industry stakeholders to establish relationships - Doing primary and secondary research on various initiatives of company - Identifying & onboarding partners - Take end to end ownership of all the internal projects and programs from ideation to execution to meet business objectives - Lead all internal business initiative meetings, set agenda, channelise the discussion &maintain MoM - Identify industry's best business practices matching global standard and drive the tailor-made initiatives across organization - Efficiently drive business communication across the organization to clearly express management's vision without any ambiguity - Partner with key leadership as well as the team at execution level to seamlessly drive business initiatives - Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity - Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives from the MD's office - Coordinating with partners, consultants and vendors to drive initiatives - Helping with resource planning, client onboarding & Product strategy Skills Required: - Excellent with data analytics - Strategic thinker & an efficient problem solver - Impeccable communicator & a task master - Extremely good with program management - Great at leadership & partnering skills - Well versed with program management tools Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and confident team player with: - MBA/Equivalent degree from top institute - Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments - Experience in Valuing businesses/ Consulting/ Entrepreneurship would be a big plus - Strong financial Acumen
